2. Data We Collect

We collect: account data (e-mail address and password) when you register for the VASAI platform, content data (posts, captions and schedules you create on the platform), and contact data (name and e-mail address) when you contact us by e-mail. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising networks, or third-party analytics on this website.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

Operating the VASAI platform and publishing the content you schedule (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract), responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and security logging (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Processing is also conducted in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).

4. Data Storage

Data is stored via Google Firebase (Google LLC, USA), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Content data is retained as long as your account exists; contact messages are retained until your enquiry is resolved.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. Contact us at contact@vaghant.com.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is processed by Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider, and by the social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) you deliberately connect to your VASAI account in order to publish your content there.
